A complex with two faces
In Sauvagnon, right across from Pau airport, La Plage occupies 880 m² split into two distinct zones. On one side, a 180 m² club and discothèque with bar, dance floor and pole dance space. On the other, a wet zone of 700 m², considerably larger, designed for relaxation and encounters.
This two part layout changes how you experience the evening. You can start by dancing, having a drink, watching the mood from the bar, before shifting toward the more intimate spaces. Four alcoves and an exhibition shower already liven up the discothèque side, but it's really the second part that gives the place its reputation.
The wet zone, the heart of the venue
Two spas (an indoor one at 25 m², an outdoor one on the terrace), a hammam, a sauna, ten themed alcoves and a labyrinth make up this space designed for taking your time. There's also a massage cabin, showers and two terraces, one covered at 85 m², the other open at 80 m², to catch your breath between moods.
This mix of wellness and hot club, rare in classic swingers' venues, is often what stands out on a first visit. The hammam or sauna before the evening, the spa at the end of the night: the rhythm is yours to build.
Evenings and rates
The club opens Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Entry is 35 euros on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, rising to 60 euros on Saturday, the liveliest night with its buffet served at 9 pm. For regulars, a 10 entry pass comes to 250 euros (25 euros per entry) and a 5 evening pass to 225 euros (45 euros per entry).
Themed evenings and DJ sets punctuate the calendar beyond the fixed Saturday date. Access is reserved for adults 18 and over, and management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone it chooses.
A well praised atmosphere
Couples, single women and men cross paths in a setting regulars describe as polished, almost chic for this type of venue. Reviews often come back to this point: the atmosphere stays friendly and respectful, far from the sometimes crude image of the genre.
