What we handle fastest
- Reporting content: illegal content, factual error, infringement of your rights or your image. Give us the exact address of the page and the reason.
- Your personal data: access, correction, erasure. You can also export or delete your account yourself from your personal space, see the privacy policy.
- A technical problem: a page that won't load, a login email that never arrived, a missing image. Tell us your browser and the page concerned.
A venue in the directory
To correct, complete or remove a venue's guide, write to us with the address of the guide. If you run the place, tell us: we give priority to information that comes from the establishment itself.
