A legendary address in Heliopolis

On the coastal path, in the heart of the naturist domain of Heliopolis (Île du Levant), Villa Marie-Jeanne occupies a Provençal building from the 1930s that has become, over time, one of the best known addresses in the island's naturist life. The house has existed since 1937 and has crossed the decades without losing its charm.

It's now run by Christian and Bertrand, who had it renovated in the 2000s while keeping its original soul intact. The villa pays tribute to Jean Cocteau, the guardian spirit of the place, and has always cultivated an open, welcoming atmosphere.

Studios and apartments

The residence offers several types of accommodation, all designed for two to four people. The 22 m² studios suit couples' stays, while the Loft Pramousquier (66 m²) and the Appartement Marins de Toulon (44 m²) offer more space for family or friends' getaways.

Each unit is carefully furnished, in a contemporary spirit that doesn't erase the building's original charm.

Pool, garden and sea view

The villa has a naturist saltwater pool, surrounded by a lush garden equipped with sun loungers. The terraces and lounge offer a 180° panoramic view over the sea and the small islands of Hyères, one of the highlights regularly praised by visitors.

A parking area is also available on site, a welcome detail on an island where motorized travel is limited.

A welcome open to everyone

Villa Marie-Jeanne has built a reputation as an LGBTQ friendly address, particularly popular with the gay community during peak season, from mid July to mid August. The rest of the year, it welcomes straight couples as well as groups of friends, in a naturist spirit open to all.

Feedback often mentions the quality of the welcome, the friendly atmosphere and the comfort of the renovated units, all of which explain the loyalty of so many regulars.

Rates

Nightly rates range from 70 to 120 euros depending on the season and the type of accommodation chosen. A rate that stays within the average for naturist rentals on the island, given the view and the history of the place.
