A village that stands the test of time

Aphrodite Village is one of the big names in the Port-Leucate naturist zone. The place has existed since the 1980s, making it one of the oldest villages in the area. Over forty years of history, and it shows in how it's organized: everything is designed so residents never need to leave the village to live a normal life.

Shops on site

This is the real distinctive feature of the place: a full shopping center, with a bakery, a butcher, a pizzeria, a grocery store and even a hairdresser. You can do your everyday shopping without leaving the village, which matters for families staying several weeks. The veranda restaurant opens directly onto the naturist beach, with a menu aiming for the upscale. It closes on Mondays, the rest of the week it runs.

Beach and pool

The naturist beach is freely accessible, right by the restaurant. A pool rounds out the offering for those who prefer fresh water or want some variety. The village runs as a car free zone, parking stays at the entrance: once you're settled in, you get around on foot or by bike, which changes the whole atmosphere.
