Triple penetration

Triple penetration describes a situation in which one person receives three penetrations at the same moment. Most often it involves the vagina, the anus and the mouth, but the term also applies when two penetrations are concentrated on a single opening (two in the vagina and one in the anus, or the other way round).

The partners aren't necessarily three men, or even three people. A dildo, a plug or a vibrator held by someone counts as a penetration in its own right, which means the set-up can be enjoyed with just two or three people. There's a male version too: two anal penetrations (partners or toys) and one oral at the same time.

In practice, it all comes down to preparation and tempo. This isn't something you jump into: it requires being used to anal sex, gradual stretching built up over several weeks (fingers, plugs of increasing size), and lots and lots of lube, water-based if silicone toys are involved. The person at the centre sets the pace, the others follow, with slow, staggered movements rather than in unison, and a stable position (lying on one side, or straddling with something to lean on) avoids nasty surprises.

As for precautions: one condom per partner, and always a fresh one between the anus and the vagina or mouth, to avoid transferring bacteria. A safeword or stop sign agreed beforehand, and respected without discussion, is part of the set-up. Pain is not a rite of passage: if it burns, if it bleeds, stop, and if there's bleeding or lasting discomfort, a doctor is the right person to see.

Not to be confused with double penetration (only two penetrations) or with the gang bang, which is about numbers, not simultaneity. And one useful point: this is first and foremost an image from adult videos, much fantasised about, not often practised, and absolutely not a level you have to unlock.
