A brand new loveshop in the city center

Adonis dropped its boxes on rue Villeneuve, right in the heart of La Rochelle, at the start of September 2024. The brand took over vacant premises and reworked them entirely before opening its doors, which gives the shop a fresh look, far from the dusty image sometimes associated with neighborhood sex shops.

The shop is run by Arthur Bochet, at the head of the business, with a simple idea behind it all: offer a modern, judgment-free space where pleasure gets chosen without any awkwardness.

What's on the shelves

Adonis plays the diversity card when it comes to products. You'll find sex toys designed for women, for men and for couples, with a range going from soft to hard depending on what you're after.

Lingerie is also part of the offering, along with games for two designed to spice up an evening as a couple. That's plenty of ground covered in a single visit, whether it's a first purchase or a way to top up your collection.

A mixed clientele, a welcome built for it

The shop caters to all adults without distinction: couples, single women, single men all walk through the door with the same ease. Hours and access

Adonis opens Monday from 2pm to 7pm, then Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 7pm. The shop is closed on Sundays and public holidays, like many businesses in downtown La Rochelle.
