Two spots, not one official beach
Èze doesn't have a naturist beach recognized by the town, the terrain is too steep for that, wedged between sea and mountain and hemmed in by three corniches. But two spots serve as informal zones where nudity goes over just fine, each with its own vibe.
The first is at the eastern end of Plage de la Baie, avenue Poincarré, with easy access straight from downtown. The second, wilder one, hides in the coves of Cap d'Estel, near Plage de Saint-Laurent-d'Eze.
Plage de la Baie
This stretch sits right at the far end of the beach, on the rocky side. That's where the regulars come to tan nude, a bit set apart from the rest of the textile swimmers.
The ground is pebbles, like most of the Riviera coastline around here. Access is simple, no tricky climbing to plan for, which makes it the logical pick for a first visit or a craving for nudity without the hassle.
The crowd stays more discreet than on the rest of the beach, without being a secret either: the locals know the spot.
The coves of Cap d'Estel
Here, the mood shifts completely. These small, rocky, wild coves allow for discreet nudity, but you have to earn the scenery: access is tough and the rock-strewn ground makes swimming and settling in less comfortable.
That difficulty of access has a direct effect: few textile visitors venture there, which makes it a favorite hideaway for naturists seeking complete isolation. Feedback from naturist forums points exactly to that wild, unspoiled character, far from any commercialization.

Neither site offers any services: no showers, no lifeguards, no first aid post. Access is free and open at any hour, like most of the region's informal naturist coastline.
The crowd is made up mainly of regular naturists and couples seeking peace and quiet. There's no posted rule, tolerance rests on local custom rather than any official status.
