A nature campsite in the heart of Périgord
Domaine de Laborde stretches over 20 wooded hectares, right on the border between Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne, in the town of Capdrot. The land, fairly hilly, keeps a wild edge despite the site's high end amenities.
It's a naturist campsite rated 4 stars, designed for families as much as for couples. The resort is open from early May to end of September, the classic season for this type of establishment in the Southwest.
Pitches and accommodation
150 pitches make up the resort, all at least 120 m2, which leaves real space between neighbors (a point many naturist campsites don't offer). You can pitch your own tent, or rent a mobile home, a chalet or a lodge, for groups of 2 to 6 people.
Pets are welcome, a detail that matters to regulars who travel with their dog. WiFi is available on site for those who don't want to fully unplug.
Pools and wellness area
Five pools are spread across the resort: heated pools, an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, water slides and a pool for children. Enough to keep a whole family busy without ever getting bored.
The sauna is free, as is access to the hammam. Massages are offered for those who want to extend the relaxation beyond the swimming.
Activities and dining
On site, you'll find an archery range, a pétanque area and hiking trails starting nearby. The resort also organizes concerts and themed evenings during the season, for those who like to step outside the usual beach and pool routine.
On the dining side, a restaurant showcases regional Périgord cuisine, rounded out by a pizzeria and a tapas service. Enough to eat on site without having to leave the resort for every meal.

Prices start from 150 euros, for a basic camping pitch, and climb depending on the amenities and the type of accommodation chosen. Rates stay on the higher end of average for a premium naturist campsite of this category.
Visitor feedback is very positive: the value for money comes up often, as does the quality of the facilities and the preserved natural setting. The welcome given to families is especially praised. The only downside mentioned by a few visitors: in high season, some services can feel a bit far depending on which pitch you're staying at.
