A naturist gîte between Dombes and Bresse
Le Chanozois nestles in Chanoz-Châtenay, in the Ain, on the route de Corbuchin. We're here on the Mâcon/Bourg-en-Bresse axis, less than two hours from Lyon and from Geneva alike, in a calm countryside that stands in sharp contrast to the bustle of the big naturist centers down south.
The grounds stretch over 3,000 m² of wooded land, designed for relaxation rather than nonstop activities. This is the kind of place you come to catch your breath, not to rush from one thing to the next.
Where to sleep on site
Accommodation consists of a gîte that can host 4 to 6 people and 3 guest rooms. Enough to house a couple on a getaway as easily as a family or a small group of friends.
The site is naturist for guests from May to September (the owners themselves live nude on the premises all year round). Couples, singles and families are welcome, and pets are accepted, a detail that matters a great deal to many naturist holidaymakers.
Pool, sauna and shared meals
On the amenities side, you'll find a pool, a sauna and a pétanque court, more than enough to fill the days without overthinking it. In the evening, a communal dinner is offered by reservation, at 25 euros per person, a chance to share a friendly meal instead of cooking after a day in the sun.
