A big family estate

Camping Naturiste Devèze spreads over 20 hectares in Gaudonville, in the Gers. It offers around 120 pitches, enough to welcome tents, caravans, motorhomes, mobile homes and chalets. The site holds FFN and FEN licences, which gives a recognised framework to families looking for laid back naturism rather than a stopover spot.

The site is open from 13 May to 26 September, covering the whole fine season without spilling into winter. Wifi is available on the campsite, and access stays reserved for the site's own guests.

Pool, lake and activities

On the leisure side, the campsite bets on variety rather than an all pool approach. There's a pool, a lake where you can fish, a pétanque pitch, an archery range, a volleyball area, a trampoline, a table tennis table and a pool table. Enough to fill a whole day without ever leaving the grounds, which matters for families with kids.

A separate kids' area is set up for the youngest ones while parents enjoy the lake or the pool. The bar-restaurant works as the gathering point at the end of the day, between meals and chats by the water.

Evenings and entertainment

In July and August, the campsite hosts concerts on Thursday evenings, between 15 July and 15 August. Saturdays are kept for community barbecues, a friendly moment where holidaymakers gather around the grill rather than at the restaurant. DJ nights round out the programme, along with kids' clubs and a fishing competition on the lake.

This schedule stays focused on the heart of summer. The rest of the season, the mood is quieter, geared toward rest and outdoor activities.
