A domain on a human scale

The Ferme naturiste de L'Oliverie stretches over a wooded plot in Saurais, in the Deux-Sèvres. It's a small family resort, run by Alex and his family, who bet on hospitality and quiet rather than on scale.

We're far from the big noisy naturist complexes here: everything happens between tent neighbours, and you quickly learn the first name of whoever's running reception or the snack bar.

Pitches and accommodation

The domain has 27 camping pitches, 22 of them reserved for nude camping and 5 open to caravans. For those who prefer a roof over their heads, several options exist: wooden cabins, rooms in a guesthouse, a holiday cottage, and a brand new two-bedroom chalet opening for the 2026 season.

Wifi covers the domain, which lets you stay reachable without turning the holiday into an open-plan office.

Pool, spa and hammam

What really sets L'Oliverie apart is its wellness facilities. A heated pool, a spa and a hammam are available on site, amenities you rarely find all together at a naturist campsite of this size.

Add to that a pétanque area, a trampoline, a playground for kids and a meeting room. On the food side, a snack bar and a restaurant serve breakfast and meals, with themed evenings organised throughout the summer.

For whom, when

The place suits naturist families, couples and naturists of all kinds looking for a rural, laid-back setting. The season runs from 25 April to 27 September, with check-in from 2pm for camping and 4pm for the lodges.

Rates vary depending on the type of accommodation and the period, so it's best to check directly for the option you want. The site is a reasonable distance from Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, the Marais Poitevin and Parthenay, handy for combining naked lazing about with clothed outings.

What regulars say

Visitor feedback mostly highlights the family atmosphere and the attention the owners pay, taking the time to welcome each guest personally. The heated pool, the spa and the hammam come up often as strong points, as does the quality of the on site catering. The calm of the wooded setting is also appreciated by those who come looking for rest rather than nonstop entertainment.
