A quiet corner in Charente-Maritime
In La Ronde, two minutes from the Marais Poitevin, this small naturist campsite sits on 1.5 hectares. Nothing like the big, noisy structures of the coastal naturist complexes: here you're in a family format, designed for relaxation rather than nonstop entertainment.
La Rochelle, Île de Ré, Fort Boyard and the La Palmyre zoo are about thirty minutes away, enough to step out of the campsite for a day trip without giving up the calm of coming back.
Pitches and mobile homes
The grounds count 44 pitches for tents and vehicles, plus 11 mobile homes of 20 to 30 sqm. Total capacity runs around 55 people, which stays modest and explains the close-knit atmosphere regulars describe.
One mobile home is fitted for wheelchair access. Dogs are welcome on a leash and up to date on vaccines, with certain categories still excluded.
Pool and on-site services
The heated indoor pool, set under a dome, opens from May to September and serves as a welcome fallback when the Atlantic weather acts up. Visitors regularly praise this pool, especially in the off-season.
The campsite also offers a snack bar, a bar, wifi, a play area with trampoline and slide for kids, plus shared barbecues. Events pop up now and then: concerts and communal meals are part of life here.
A welcome that leaves a mark
Dorothée and Loïc run the campsite and are mentioned almost systematically in visitor reviews, for their availability and their kindness. The phrase that comes up most often is a family spirit, far from the anonymity of some big complexes.
The restrooms are described as impeccably kept, which is no small detail in this kind of accommodation. The one reservation heard here and there: space stays limited and the facilities for animals remain basic.

The 2026 season runs from April 18 to September 20, weather permitting at the end of the period. Rates are published in February, with a 30% deposit at booking and the balance due 30 days before arrival.
